Thank you for shopping with Magically Dunn Dog. Every order is handmade with care, and we want you to feel confident when purchasing from us.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail.

  • Shipping is a flat rate of $12.

  • Most handmade orders ship within 3–10 business days.

  • Tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Once packages are shipped, Magically Dunn Dog is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

  • The item received is incorrect from what was ordered

  • The item is defective

We must be notified within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order information

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

​

If approved, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

PRODUCT SAFTY

Customers are responsible for regularly inspecting gear for wear and damage.

Magically Dunn Dog is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Chewing

  • Misuse

  • Improper fit

  • Excessive pulling

  • Failure to inspect worn equipment

No dog product is indestructible.
